3D Forging
Dies ist eine Fertigungstechnik, die es ermöglicht, Rahmenbauteile wie z.B. Ausfallenden von mehreren Seiten in einem Prozess zu formen. Geschmiedete Bauteile haben gegenüber gefrästen den Vorteil einer höheren strukturellen Festigkeit und ermöglichen so einen sicheren Leichtbau.
Fluid Forming Technology
Während der Produktion liegen die Rohr-Rohlinge in einer geschlossenen Negativ-Form. Es wird eine Wasser-Öl-Emulsion unter hohem Druck in die Rohre gepresst, die Rohre somit in ihre endgültige Form gebracht. Dieses Verfahren ermöglicht es, belastungsgerechte und formvollendete Rahmenrohre zu konstruieren.
